SSWI Seeks Bids for Municipal Solid Waste Disposal Service #2

This Request for Proposal (RFP) by the Sevier Solid Waste Inc (SSWI) is for Municipal Solid Waste

Disposal Service. SSWI County is seeking proposals for unit pricing from qualified companies for

disposal of municipal solid waste to a designated and permitted Class I Landfill. Solid Waste will

originate in Sevier County and will serve as an alternative when the authority’s composting plants

are in overflow status. The Authority estimates 15,000 yearly tonnage that will necessitate

transport to an alternative landfill.

Proposals must be received by 10:00A.M. on February 16, 2024.

All proposals must be delivered in a sealed envelope containing the proposal must show the

Proposal Name, Proposals for Solid Waste Services for Sever Solid Waste Incorporated."
